Description: Two intense days of theory and practice on individual, team and organizational diagnostics, to reach efficiency in the way they work together.

Team Connect 360 is a powerful diagnostic which will give your team new and valuable insights into how they can be more effective and productive.
Team Connect 360 (TC360) is a unique team 360 feedback tool which quickly and efficiently generates insights into how a team is perceived – by its stakeholders and by members of the team itself.
How it works
Feedback is gathered online (the questionnaire can be accessed through a PC, tablet or smartphone) and the results are automatically collated into a report. It’s a quick, easy and cost-effective way to secure feedback from your stakeholders, wherever they’re located.

risk management – CUBES
A one-two days practical workshop for leaders, managers, and team-leaders. It consists of exploration, and preparation on how to radically change personal and corporate frames of reference as to the way you, individuals, teams and organizations set goals and achieve their results.
How it works
The workshop is designed around a goal-setting and achievement exercise that reveals individual and collective risk-management strategies and processes.
It has been successfully used to accompany risk management awareness – too much will freeze the activity, too low will bring inefficiency.

Women in business coaching program – lean in
Description: Circles are small groups of women who meet regularly to learn new skills, network, and encourage each other. Circles can be groups of women from inside your own department or company and can get out of your company- city, country, international.
Purpose: create a development culture by empowering women in the organization to take responsibility in moving on things inside the organization, and in the second phase to move on things outside the organization.
